As a certified Nurse Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the residents in our care. You will be an integral part of their daily experiences, providing compassionate care and support through every step of their journey. From assisting with morning routines to encouraging participation in enriching activities, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive around-the-clock care every day of the week. You will also participate in restorative nursing programs, assist with meal distribution, apply safety devices, and collect and report important information such as vital signs. Work Schedule and Additional Information : Full-time employment, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week Work hours are 1st shift (6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM), 2nd shift (2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM), and 3rd shift (10 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM), rotating days and weekends, with a 30-minute lunch. You will be required to work every other weekend. Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position. Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Qualifications Minimum Experience and Training Requirements : Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents. This position is assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility and requires active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.

Preferred Qualifications (not required) : Previous long-term care experience
Legal Requirements : A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination. This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act. Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
