This role reports into the VP, Ecommerce & Digital Experiences and will play a key role in shaping how Supergoop! shows up across digital touchpointsfrom paid social and retail media to email, SMS, and beyond.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the creative strategy and content production engine for paid media, ensuring Supergoop! breaks through with performance-driven creative tailored to audience and platform
• Own paid social and search campaigns end-to-end : strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting
• Drive growth through affiliate marketing, brand partnerships, marketplaces, and emerging social commerce opportunities
• Partner with sales and retailer teams to develop and optimize retail media programs that maximize awareness and sell-through across key partners
• Establish a rigorous incrementality and measurement framework to understand true channel impact, guiding budget allocation and creative optimization
• Oversee lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, and onsite, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and automation to maximize retention and LTV
