This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to influence and drive key HR initiatives. As a pivotal member of the HR team, you will ensure that our HR, training, and employee relations objectives are met, while also contributing to the development and implementation of essential programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and manage employee and labor relations policies, offering expert guidance to leadership.
• Lead HR initiatives in key areas such as EEO, unemployment, litigation, retention, termination, turnover, and severance.
• Collaborate with HR peers and centers of excellence, as well as departments like Staffing, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and Legal to meet organizational needs.
• Facilitate programs and policies that enhance diversity and ensure compliance with EEO / AAP laws.
• Promote strong employee relations to support company growth, creativity, and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure current HR requirements are met and that strategic HR plans are effectively executed.

Benefits and Compensation :

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $95,000, along with an 8% bonus, a robust 401(k) match, and relocation assistance.
