Salary :

We are a small business serving the Council Bluffs metro community with simple, modern eye care by offering full service vision, medical and retail eye care. Our team is looking to add a vision consultant to best assist our patients and serve them well with quality customer service.

As vision consultant you will :

• assist patients in selecting the right frame for their unique style, face shape and vision needs
• guide patients through their insurance benefits and layout costs using our simplifying benefit platform to fit them in the right lens for best possible vision
• submit timely insurance claims and placing orders
• assist in maintaining a fresh, modern appealing selection of frames
• perform quality assurance for orders received

Experience strongly preferred but not required.
