Are you seeking more than a job? Wood Personnel is in partnership with a large warehouse located in Gallatin, TN, which is currently hiring for Manufacturing Associates. This is a true temp-to-hire opportunity with great pay rates. Work with a company that you can easily work and grow with.

Manufacturing Associate Compensation and Hours :

  • Up to $16.75 an hour
  • 1st or 2nd shift opportunities
  • Working 10 hour shifts

    • Manufacturing Associate Skills and Qualifications :

  • Perform job tasks, keeping safety first
  • Willing to be flexible with work hours, departments, and schedules
  • Self-assess work and use good judgment to ensure that a quality product is produced
  • Strong work ethic and strong attention to detail
  • Must have manufacturing experience

    • Manufacturing Associate Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Required to stand, walk and reach with hand and arms to handle material
  • Ensure all finished products meet quality specifications and notifying team lead of any defective pieces found
  • Operate various equipment in a safe and correct manner
  • Stack, label, pack and transport finished work pieces
  • Use measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers
  • Ensure proper PPE is worn throughout shift in warehouse
