General Manager (FT) - Alta Toro Modern Latin

K5 Hospitality is seeking a talented General Manager to join our team at an upscale modern Latin restaurant known for bold flavors, refined presentation, and vibrant ambiance. If you’re passionate about Latin cuisine, possess strong wine knowledge, and thrive in a high-energy dining environment, we want to hear from you.

The General Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Building a capable and confident team and developing them to manage a great restaurant.
• Oversee and ensure all company systems and policies are maintained.
• Responsible for all controllable costs including labor, food, beverage, and supplies.
• Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members.
• Maintain all labor laws and practices.
• In charge of restaurant financials and responsible for efficient numbers.
• Assist in the execution of forecasting and budgeting.
