Type : Full- Time / Direct Hire

Location : Wahpeton, ND

Salary Range : $45,000 - $60,000

Benefits : In the first year, you will receive 8 days of paid time off (PTO), which increases to 16 days of PTO in your second year. You'll also enjoy 6 paid holidays throughout the year. The clinic offers a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match to help you save for the future. Additionally, a scrub allowance and a training allowance covers costs for certifications such as OSHA and license renewals.

For those relocating, the clinic offers moving expense coverage to assist with your transition. Plus, if you're a Registered Dental Assistant with 2 or more years of experience, you'll be eligible for a $5000 sign-on bonus.

Position Overview :

• Patient Care : Assist patients by preparing them for procedures, making them comfortable, and providing support during treatments.
• Assisting During Procedures : Work directly with the dentist, handing them tools, managing suction, and preparing materials needed during treatments like fillings, extractions, or cleanings.
• Sterilization : Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean, organized environment to prevent infections.
• X-rays : Take dental radiographs (X-rays) to help diagnose and monitor dental health.
• Administrative Tasks : Handle scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, maintaining patient records, and handling billing.
