Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room (Circulator)

Location : Plano, TX

Length of Assignment : 3 Months+ (possibility of extension)

Schedule : 4 x 10-hour shifts; or 5 x8 hour shifts (M-F)

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using clinical reasoning to identify and prioritize patient and family needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care based on patient assessments and responses to treatment.
• Modify care plans to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Promote patient safety and prevent complications during all phases of the healthcare encounter.
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and nursing standards.
• Provide compassionate and therapeutic care, fostering a supportive and healing environment for patients and families.
• Incorporate cultural, spiritual, and individual patient values into care planning and delivery.
• Advocate for patient rights, confidentiality, and autonomy, ensuring ethical decision-making in all aspects of care.
