Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of paid advertising channels, including Google Ads and MNTN TV Ads
Conduct performance analysis and optimize campaigns to drive qualified applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and improve user journey performance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns in a performance-focused environment
Proven experience with paid search and paid social campaign strategy and optimization
Deep hands-on experience with Google Ads and MNTN Ads
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads
Familiarity with full-funnel acquisition metrics and performance marketing best practices
