Our Member Service Representative (MSR) is the ultimate multi-tasker, experience-maker and arguably one of the most important roles at the credit union. If you possess a love for people and a flare for precision - this role is for you!

In other words, the MSR is one of our most critical member experience touchpoints; they are the face of the organization and first contact for members. MSRs provide superior service and an awesome experience to all members, offering a full range of products and services through meaningful conversations.

We currently have an opportunity as a Part-Time Bilingual Spanish / English Member Service Rep at our Grand Chute Location :

• Starting Pay : Minimum of $17.00
• Position type : Part-time (approximately 25 hours per week)
• Work schedule :

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday : 11 : 15 AM - 5 : 15 PM

Bilingual Differential : Additional $1.50 per hour for bilingual skills upon successful completion of a Language Proficiency test

Standard benefits for this 20hr / week role include 401(k) Retirement with 5% matching contributions from Prospera Credit Union.
