Field Engineer - Multifamily

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented Field Engineer to join our multifamily construction team. As a Field Engineer, you will work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of construction activities under the guidance of senior team members.
• Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings.
• Support project managers in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and providing innovative solutions to construction challenges.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
