Join us as a Change Enablement Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Change Enablement Lead to join our Change Management Team in our SAP S / 4 HANA Transformation Program. This role is pivotal in defining our global template for how to drive and lead Change Networks in our SAP S / 4 HANA Transformation Program, while directly leading the Change Network for the Americas. You will play a key role in enabling the people side of change, ensuring effective adoption, engagement, and sustained transformation. This position combines strategic global design with local leadership execution in a highly visible, business-critical program.

In this role you'll make an impact by :

  • Co-defining the Global Change Network Strategy and Approach in alignment with the SAP S / 4 HANA Global Change Management strategy and plans, in collaboration with Change Management Leads.
  • Leading the Change Network for the Americas by aligning stakeholders, appointing members in partnership with key leaders, and driving engagement, enablement, and capability building to support transformation.
  • Driving the Change Network Driver Community across program releases by facilitating onboarding, enabling knowledge transfer, and ensuring global alignment on ways of working.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive Change Network Playbook that includes global concept design, role and responsibility definitions, and best practices.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to business and program leadership by influencing and supporting stakeholders to successfully deliver change.

To succeed you must hold :

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci or similar) are a plus
  • Minimum 710 years of professional experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills with experience in engaging across diverse regions and cultures.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and inspire commitment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Experience working in global, complex matrix organizations is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Location : Franklinton, NC (Hybrid)

    Expected salary range : $125,000 - $145,000
