About The Position

Job Title : Resource Pool RN (ICU / PCU)

Profession : Registered Nurse

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : 2+ years of large hospital experience preferred

License : Active RN license required

Certifications : BLS and ACLS required

Must-Have :

EPIC experience required

Comfortable working all ICU and PCU units

Ability to float / pull to any ICU or PCU unit

Description :

ASAP start preferred.

The position requires working 3x12 hour nights, from 18 : 45 to 07 : 15.

Holidays are required, with preference for candidates who can work during peak times.

Patient ratios are 2 : 1 in ICU and 5 : 1 in PCU.

Candidates must be comfortable floating to different units as staffing needs change every 4 hours.

Charting system experience with EPIC is necessary.

Travelers must submit all requested time off upfront.

All candidates must be willing to work at least one holiday during their assignment, with specific requirements for winter holidays.

Compliance documents must be submitted before the assignment begins.

This role is open to travelers who meet the distance eligibility criteria.

Travelers who have previously worked as staff must wait at least one year before returning.

Module training is required, which may be completed pre-start or during orientation.

Modules are documented and compensated once approved.

Travelers will need to demonstrate commitment to the assigned start date.
