Potash Markets is looking for an energetic, adaptable, and motivated beer buyer to join the Potash team. This is a full time position, in charge of ordering and maintaining the beer set across three stores. As this is a small business you will also be responsible for various tasks within the Beer, Wine, and spirits department and throughout the store. In depth beer, wine and liquor knowledge is not required, training will be provided. This is a great opportunity to get into a cool, and exciting field in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Ordering, stocking, and selecting the beers, wines and liquor that appear in the store.
• Knowledge of gourmet cheeses and pairings with beer, wine and liquor
• Maintaining sales and margin goals
• Engaging with customers in all stores to help craft the correct set and build relationships
• Managing inventory
• Adapting to the needs of the business as they are required.
• Typical work week is 5-6 days 12-8 : 30pm. 3 Holidays, and one weekend day a week required.
