As Administrative Assistant II, your focus is on ensuring the smooth operation of Cleveland Clinic. In this role, your work improves coordination between the nursing, administrative and healthcare teams, allowing caregivers to deliver critical treatments and support. Your work will support Cleveland Clinic's Kidney Medicine Medical Specialty Institute, recognized worldwide for excellence in patient care, teaching, and research. A caregiver in this role performs a variety of duties to support assigned health care professionals such as scheduling, handling phone calls, greeting customers and correspondence. This position offers ample opportunity to learn new skills, gain exposure to urology and kidney care, and move into other roles within Cleveland Clinic.

A caregiver in this position works a part-time flexible schedule, Monday-Friday with no weekend or holiday requirements.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Manage and prioritize multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external customers by greeting customers, answering, and triage phone calls.
• Administer calendar and schedule management.
• Compose and prepare a variety of correspondence (e.g., reports, forms, presentation materials, messages, etc.) as required.
• Provide coverage of other areas such as front end, point of service and registration.
• Coordinate management functions and assist in special projects.
