A company is looking for a Project Coordinator - IT Recruiting Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruiting workflows and processes for IT hiring projects
Track and report key recruiting metrics and prepare dashboards for leadership
Support employer branding projects and manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or related field
2-4 years of professional experience in recruiting operations, HR coordination, or project management
Familiarity with recruiting technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience in workflow / process management and operational efficiency
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
