Production Manager

As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and coaching a small team, providing them with growth opportunities based on their performance, behaviors, and potential. You will ensure the team has the necessary skills, resources, and tools to achieve goals in safety, quality, yield, and productivity. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of our busy manufacturing facility, overseeing hiring, mentoring, performance and process improvement, production, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a safety-first culture and contribute to the overall safety program through improvements and role modeling proper behaviors.
• Provide leadership to help the team meet and exceed operational goals.
• Guide teams in understanding and achieving customers' quality expectations using quality systems (SPC).
• Encourage the team to ask questions and engage in activities that improve productivity.
• Lead by setting expectations regarding performance, behaviors, and results, and hold the team accountable.
• Ensure the team has the resources they need to deliver results.

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $72000.00 / yr.

401 K, full benefits, PTO, accrued vacation, and training.

This is a fully onsite position in Green Bay,WI.
