A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Manager who will serve as a trusted advisor to supervisors and frontline leaders across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and develop toolkits for supervisors to enhance employee relations and performance management
Manage employee relations case investigations and propose systemic solutions to improve workplace culture
Develop and maintain HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee relations and policy creation
Experience in facilitating employee and supervisory training
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policy administration
Ability to navigate sensitive issues and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
