We’re looking for a Carpenter’s Helpers / Laborers who’s ready to work with their hands, learn from skilled tradespeople, and be part of a crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship. If you’ve got a basic understanding of carpentry and can read a tape measure without counting on your fingers, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Assisting with framing, siding, window installs, and finish work
• Measuring, cutting, and prepping materials (accuracy matters—you’ll be tested)
• Hauling lumber, tools, and hardware to keep the job moving
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Supporting lead carpenters and learning the trade from the ground up
