Overview
Join a well-established engineering firm specializing in manufacturing high-quality HVAC and sheet metal products for commercial and industrial applications. Their Wyalusing, PA facility serves as a central hub for product development, R&D, and engineering operations. They are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small team of drafters while overseeing product design, certifications, and manufacturing efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone with strong technical knowledge, manufacturing experience, and a collaborative, even-keeled management style.
Base pay range
$100,000.00 / yr - $110,000.00 / yr
Engineering Manager Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or aerospace; HVAC experience is a plus
- Experience managing small teams preferred
- BA degree strongly preferred (mechanical engineering ideal), but experience takes priority
- Comfort interpreting technical drawings and performing R&D work
- Familiarity with CAD, Anvil software, and Excel for calculations
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with floor staff and engineers alike
- Even-keeled, open to feedback, and able to balance technical oversight with team management
