We are looking for a friendly, dependable person to join our team as an Internet Sales Associate. In this role, you’ll help customers online by answering questions, processing orders, and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Assist online customers with questions, purchases, and product information through email

Process online orders accurately and efficiently

Provide friendly, helpful service

Keep online product listings accurate, organized, and up to date

Communicate with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Work efficiently during busy seasonal periods

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong computer skills (POS, e-commerce platforms, email)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic

Previous experience in online sales, retail, or customer service (preferred)

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays during busy seasons
