Construction Services Specialist

A company is looking for a Constructions Services Specialist (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

Support the ICR Development team for New Build and Remodel restaurant projects

Guide field executives, architects, and general contractors through the General Contractor process

Manage and close out new store, remodel, and special projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Prior experience in General Contracting administration is required

Experience in the Construction and Restaurant industry is a plus

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Power BI is required

Oracle Cloud experience is required
