Base pay range
$32.00 / hr - $38.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls for 300-18,000+ employees across various jurisdictions
- Handle salary, hourly, commission, bonus, retroactive pay, and piecework calculations
- Reconcile payroll prior to final transmittal and validate confirm reports
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now, ADP Streamline, ADP EV5, and ADP Smart Compliance for payroll operations
- Support ADP system migrations and implementations, including testing and configuration
- Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local laws
- Administer and monitor state tax accounts and garnishment files
- Assist with quarterly and year-end reconciliations and audits
- Prepare payroll-related reports for management and finance teams
- Analyze labor trends and support workforce planning with forecasting models
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies with professionalism
- Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to ensure accurate data integration
- Act as a lead within the payroll team, mentoring junior staff and auditing payroll outputs
- Participate in cross-functional projects, including ERP transitions and process improvements
Requirements
