What you will do
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience across mobile, web and tablet platforms.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
- Deliver high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Responsibilities and role scope
Identify and define user / customer requirements, focusing on developing UI across platforms; create software components and services that interact with upstream and downstream components to meet business requirements through effective coding.Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team, translating needs into effective business solutions.Complete configurations and / or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems as needed.Qualifications
A bachelor's degree (4-year degree).Typically, 2-4 years of relevant experience; 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors system.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies; provide industry insights and leading practices in the market.Ability to identify and understand cross-functional impacts within SuccessFactors; analyze client processes and map to needed configuration / functionality; knowledge of SuccessFactors reporting and ability to develop reports to support the compensation process.Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs (travel estimated at 40-60%).Ideal / Preferred
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Compensation and Variable Pay.Experience with at least four full cycle implementations of compensation / variable pay.What we look for
