Certifications : BLS, BCPS, IV, compounding, chemo / hazardous drug, PharmD, RPh

26 Week Assignment Travelers may request standard and / or holiday time off (only one of the three major holidays); however, approval is at the client s discretion

Must have pediatric experience and be comfortable working in a children s hospital setting

Will position float between units : No

Is on-call required? No

Are weekends required? Yes 10- and 11-hour shifts - 7 on 7 off

Are block schedules required? Yes

Special requirements : Position to fill is a 7 day on and 7 days off pharmacist position. Shift runs Wednesday thru Tuesday - every other weekend - long week is 10-hour shifts w / 30-minute unpaid lunch. Short week (Sunday thru Tuesday) is 11-hour shift w / 30-minute unpaid lunch.
