Responsibilities
- Identify and assess charities needs to achieve satisfaction
- Generate donations
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the community and customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods / tools
- Meet personal / customer service team targets and donation quotas
- Handle community / customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Engage customers on behalf of the charity

Proven customer support, sales, or fundraising experience or experience as a client service representativeExperience in a philanthropic environmentTrack record of over-achieving quotasCustomer-oriented with adaptability to different charactersExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAdditional Details
