Workers Compensation Sales Representative

A company is looking for an Associate Sales Development Representative : Workers Comp. & Physical Services.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads and referral sources targeting physicians

Manage and grow accounts related to physician / case manager / adjuster contacts

Provide timely activity reports and assist with communication with case managers and adjusters

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of inside sales experience or experience in medical billing / accounts receivables

Bachelor's degree is a plus

Experience with CRM systems and analytical tools, particularly Salesforce

Strong understanding of insurance reimbursement and collection practices

Self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
