Store Manager Listing-
Pay : Starting Salary of $45,000. This position is also tipped due to frequent customer interaction. Shifts : Flexible schedule, early morning to evening (5 : 30a – 7pm). Licenses and Certifications (Required) : Nationally accredited OR Florida Food Managers License (can be obtained within 60 days of hire). Florida Driver's license.

As the store manager, be the model of great customer service and lead your staff. Set the tone of customer and employee experience; build, train, and maintain your team.Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints, stay composed, and take corrective action in the moment (in person and online).Lead the team to meet financial goals by promoting teamwork and high performance. Familiarity with Square POS or other retail technology is required.Coach and develop team members; conduct employee reviews; provide necessary corrections to ensure compliance with guidelines and procedures.Manage inventory and ordering with multiple vendors; maintain vendor relationships; count and order product timely without over-ordering; track spending weekly.Schedule and manage time off requests for a team of 5-10; use scheduling and payroll software.Request and arrange maintenance or services for equipment, building, or grounds; ensure health and sanitation standards and pass health inspections.Physical Demands
