Warehouse Coordinator

As a Warehouse Coordinator at CBRE, you will play a key role in supporting our logistics operations by managing shipping and receiving activities within the warehouse. You will work closely with both the Logistics and Administrative teams, performing a variety of administrative tasks throughout the day to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

This role supports a technology client and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, offering a consistent workweek in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Provide shipping and logistics team coordination, planning, and assistance

Prepare outgoing and incoming shipping, workflow and regulatory documents to internal and external customer orders in compliance with all international requirements

Review, compose and edit all work orders to align with current capabilities and policies

Part / Inventory process management including status, inventory control, shipping documents and other administrative requirements

Create and handle all department supplies, parts, equipment and accessory orders

Coordinate all internal equipment for appropriate level of calibration performed with appropriate internal or external calibration facilities

Create, revise all internal orders, checklist, and workflow documents. Manage the work in progress listings and priorities accordingly

Coordinate all repair quotations, while tracking and providing status updates on outsourced calibration and repair activities

Handle all order exceptions

Review outgoing orders to ensure work order and customer compliance

High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.

Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.

Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
