A day in the life

As an Associate GIS Developer, you would be part of the Global Strategy Analytics (GSA) team, focusing on the development and implementation of applications to support site selection and business decision-making. This role involves developing UI / UX interfaces, creating customized widgets and application capabilities, collaborating with various internal teams, and staying updated on GIS technologies to enhance GIS capabilities. The position emphasizes innovation, stakeholder communication, and application of GIS development to provide tools to identify market trends and opportunities. This position offers the flexibility of being in any of our local offices, with potential for hybrid or remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Esri Experience Builder Dev Edition applications, widgets, and web tools.
• Develop automated scripts for data processing, ELT workflows, and geoprocessing tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Research, evaluate, and onboard new GIS technologies, APIs, frameworks, and development best practices.
• Contribute to design standards, coding guidelines, and reusable component libraries.

Hiring Salary Range of : $94,000 - $118,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
