Position Overview

As a Clinical Therapist at Unison Health, you will provide direct therapeutic services to clients through individual and group therapy, as well as through diagnostic assessments. You'll play a critical role in supporting clients on their journey to improved mental health and wellness, while working in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities, such as CBT.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
• Educate clients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Stay current on best practices in the mental health field through ongoing training and research.
