This 1099 commission-only role is ideal for individuals who excel at initiating meaningful conversations, keeping prospects engaged, and guiding clients through the life insurance sales process with energy and care.

You’ll work with warm, inbound leads —no cold calling—and serve as the first point of contact in helping clients take the next step toward securing financial protection.

Key Responsibilities :

Initiate timely outreach to leads who have expressed interest in life insurance

Build rapport and engage clients through high-quality conversations

Identify needs and introduce appropriate insurance options

Maintain consistent communication and follow-up through the sales process

Track all interactions and status updates in our CRM system

Compensation :

This is a 1099 commission-only position. Sales Engagement Specialists typically earn $3,000–$7,000 / month, with top performers earning $10,000+ / month.
