Previous experience in outpatient, acute care, home health, or skilled nursing preferred.

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Bachelor's / Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

License :

Current Missouri license to practice as a Physical Therapist

Certifications :

CPR / BLS certification
