We are seeking an experienced Curam Developer – Consultant to support a large-scale Eligibility and Enrollment Member Management Project within the public sector. This position focuses on IBM Curam development, technical design, and system integration for mission-critical health and human services applications.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Curam HCR and CGIS products, Java / J2EE, SQL / NoSQL, and modern frameworks such as NodeJS and ReactJS. You’ll work in a collaborative, high-performance environment alongside business analysts, architects, and QA teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document Technical Design Documents (TDDs) based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop software components, APIs, and integrations following Curam and Java / J2EE standards.
• Conduct data mapping, gap analysis, and SQL data extraction to validate system design.
• Utilize the Curam framework (HCR & CGIS) to build new functionality and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, and project leads on solution architecture.
• Implement proofs of concept (POCs) using Curam, Java, and JavaScript-based frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and quality assurance efforts.
• Communicate technical updates and risks effectively to leadership and team members.
