Key Responsibilities
Become an expert on the market research platform to guide clients through projects
Shape client experiences through demos, discovery meetings, and strategic scoping
Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor during the Pre-Sales phase
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in survey-based marketing research
Strong collaboration and leadership skills to assist the Sales team
Ability to conduct product demos and inspire customers to use the software independently
Experience in serving as a trusted advisor to major brands
Willingness to learn and master the company's tools and features
