About the Role We’re looking for a skilled and motivated technician with a strong background in diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning all makes and models. This position plays a vital role in preparing vehicles for retail and ensuring every customer drives away with confidence. Responsibilities Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on pre-owned vehicles of various brands Identify needed repairs and document findings clearly Complete reconditioning work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Conduct test drives and verify repairs before delivery Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace Communicate effectively with service advisors and reconditioning managers Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience (multi-brand preferred) ASE certifications or manufacturer training a plus Strong diagnostic and electrical skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience (flat rate or hourly available) Air-conditioned service bays and state-of-the-art equipment Paid factory training & certification 401(k), health, dental, and vision benefits Locally owned and operated family dealership culture—your voice matters here!
