Key Responsibilities
Manage the intake, documentation, and resolution of customer complaints
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve issues
Assist in trend reporting and process improvements for the Compliance team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in customer service, insurance, or compliance
Experience in complaint handling or customer issue resolution
Knowledge of insurance operations and regulatory terminology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or case management systems
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
