As the Library Assistant – Outreach Services , you will : primarily be assigned to duties on the Bookmobile, at special events, and programs around the city. Secondary responsibilities will also include duties performed in our main library.

The City of Celina operates on a 4-day work week .

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or G.E.D., and one (1) year progressively responsible Library Technician, Assistant or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include morning, afternoon, evening and weekend hours, including holiday weekends.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
• Must possess valid State of Texas Driver’s License.
