Assistant Coach, Roller Hockey (Seasonal) – Endicott College

We are located approximately 20 miles north of Boston and parking is free. We are accessible by commuter rail on the Newburyport / Rockport line. Endicott College competes in the ECRHA. The Assistant Coach will commit to a work schedule during the competitive season that includes up to two practices per week and weekend tournaments, and will be involved in recruiting and attending various college events to support the team.

The Assistant Coach will inherit a group of highly talented and motivated men that have continued to compete at Nationals every year.

Responsibilities

• Providing instruction, mentoring and guidance to student athletes to develop their athletic skills and abilities to maximum potential.
• Evaluating athletic ability and performance.
• Ensuring equipment and practice plans are prepared in advance of practice sessions.
• Maintaining positive and professional relations with students, athletes, and alumni.
• Teaching safe and proper technique to beginning level players while challenging and integrating the skills of higher-level players.
