job_description.job_card.job_descriptionControl access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering or leaving the premises. Monitor entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activities. Follow site-specific policies and procedures put in place by Allied Universal and the client. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by assisting with directions and responding to questions related to access protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for access control posts. Document and report all access control incidents, irregularities, and / or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel. Conduct regular and / or random patrols around entry points and perimeter areas to observe and report on access control compliance. Support emergency response activities as required, following location guidelines and instructions from Allied Universal supervisors. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Officer - Access Control Logistics Full-Time
As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in supporting a secure environment at a logistics and distribution location. You will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your strong communication and customer service skills will be key as you interact with employees and visitors. Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
