We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Electrical Engineer to join our team in the design and development of advanced electronics for LIDAR, imaging, and electro-optic systems. In this role, you’ll contribute to the creation of rugged, high-performance equipment used on airborne, terrestrial, and underwater platforms.
As part of our technical team, you will collaborate with experienced engineers across multiple disciplines, gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle—from defining system requirements and prototyping, to debugging, testing, and integration into larger operational systems.
The ideal candidate is excited to learn, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about contributing to advanced system designs while helping deliver high-quality products to the field.
This is a full-time, exempt, non-supervisory position based in our Tucson, Arizona office.

Compensation :
The salary range for this role is $100K to $110K; however, Areté considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education / training, and key skills.
