We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to join our team. As a File Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our files and documents. Your primary responsibilities will include sorting, filing, and retrieving documents, both physical and digital, ensuring that all records are kept up to date and easily accessible. You will work closely with various departments to assist with their filing needs and support the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality, as you will be handling sensitive information. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining the filing systems, which may include purging outdated files and implementing new organizational strategies to increase efficiency. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. Responsibilities

• Sort and organize documents and files in alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order.
• Ensure all files and records are accurately maintained and up to date.
• Retrieve requested documents from the filing system in a timely manner.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of effective filing systems and processes.
• Purge outdated or unnecessary documents according to established guidelines.
• Perform regular audits of files to ensure compliance with organization standards and legal requirements.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including copying, scanning, and data entry tasks.

The pay range for this role is :

18.61 - 32.77 USD per hour(Remote (Longmont, Colorado, US))
