Responsibilities / Qualifications

First Equity Mortgage , a subsidiary of Drees Homes, is seeking a dynamic Vice President - National Sales Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and facilitating Drees Homes financed purchase loans through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage relationships with Drees Divisional Management, Sales Managers and Market Managers to maximize team efforts to sell homes and originate mortgages
• Ensure First Equity meets desired capture rate, margins, profitability, and customer service goals
• Staff and train Loan Officers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required to meet both Drees and First Equity objectives
• Manage and assign responsibilities to Loan Officers to maximize efficiency and distribution of workload
• Provide finance related sales tools such as extended locks and relative marketing information to Drees sales staff by working in conjunction with FEM secondary marketing
• Monitor Loan Officers to ensure they are compliant with guidelines established by regulatory agencies to avoid risk
