Responsibilities include proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers, consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, meeting sales quotas, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening / closing business, and daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Qualifications include the ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-40 hours per week for full-time, reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends, customer service experience, friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals, polished professional appearance, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
