Key Responsibilities

Oversees clinical quality and medical operations strategy for the East Division

Develops medical leaders and ensures adherence to organizational objectives regarding medical quality and clinician engagement

Directs regional medical operations to maximize productivity and enhance clinical culture

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and DVM with a completed 1-year rotating internship

10+ years of clinical practice experience as an emergency or board-certified specialty clinician

5+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple hospitals or revenues exceeding $15MM

Strong business acumen with knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape

Proven ability to develop direct reports and create effective development plans
