Step into our ISO-controlled cleanroom and help transform precision-machined components into finished medical devices. As a Cleanroom Finishing Technician, you’ll handle inspection, cleaning, assembly, packaging, and labeling while ensuring every product meets customer specifications and rigorous quality standards.

A Day in the Role

You begin your shift by reviewing process routers, drawings, SOPs, and work instructions. Gowning up, you follow cleanroom protocols and cGMPs to sustain ISO Class 7 and 6 environments. Throughout the day, you :

• Clean and package components exactly per documented processes (routers, drawings, SOPs, WIs).
• Operate and maintain critical equipment : Atlas Vacuum Sealer, Aqueous Clean Line, and Citric Passivation systems.
• Execute post-processing operations such as Laser Marking, Vapor Degreasing, Blasting, Belt Sanding, and Additive Post Processing.
• Manage the cleanroom environment with regular testing, cleaning routines, inventory control, and equipment operation.
• Inspect components using CMM equipment, standard metrology tools, and visual methods to satisfy customer standards.
• Perform tensile testing and complete inspection filing and DHR documentation accurately.
• Proactively escalate potential process or product deviations to prevent scrap, rework, and customer returns.
• Keep your work area organized and spotless to reinforce a culture of precision.
• Follow procedures aligned with ISO 13485 quality requirements.
