SCHEDULE
- 12-hour shifts, 7P-7A rotating weekends
- Shift differentials up to $4.65 per hours for evenings, nights, and weekends
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, delegates and supervises duties essential to meeting the clinical needs of patients and administration of the unitWorks closely with registered nurses (RNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), mental health technicians (MHTs), therapists, and other healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to patientsAssists RNs in developing and implementing nursing care plans based on patient assessments and individual needsAdministers medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers, under the direction and supervision of an RNMonitors patient vital signs, assesses their condition, and reports changes to RN or healthcare teamAssists with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as part of a coordinated team effortParticipates in interdisciplinary treatment planning process by providing input and collaborating with other team membersMaintains accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation of nursing care providedMaintains a safe environment for patients, families, team members, and visitorsQUALIFICATIONS
Current LPN license to practice in the state of OklahomaTwo years of experience in a skilled nursing care setting preferredCPR CertificationStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary teamAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environmentUnderstands and complies with all applicable laws and regulationsPHYSICAL CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS
