Project Manager – Industrial

📍 St. Petersburg, FL

Blayze Group are proud to partner with a full-service general contractor with over four decades of proven success delivering projects across the Southeast and throughout the U.S. Known for their commitment to quality, integrity, and client satisfaction, they have built lasting relationships with national and regional clients in the Industrial, Retail, Office, and Medical sectors. The team is expanding in St Petersburg, and they are seeking a talented Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects that reflect our reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all phases of construction, from preconstruction through closeout, with a focus on schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and engineers to provide innovative solutions.
  • Drive project performance in cost control, risk management, and safety.
  • Uphold our company values by delivering projects that exceed expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with strong ground-up expertise.
  • Track record of success in Industrial, Retail, Office, and / or Medical projects.
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling, budgeting, and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
