CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting hybrid in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly financial statement close process and maintain a tight timeline

Prepare accurate financial statements and perform month-end financial analysis

Mentor and develop the financial accounting team while promoting effective communication

Required Qualifications

BS / BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field

At least 5 years of progressive financial management experience

Strong understanding of core accounting principles related to financial reporting

Experience in a multi-entity and department structured environment

Proven ability to develop and use financial and operating metrics
