Construction Safety Manager

We are seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead and enforce safety protocols across multiple active construction sites. This role is ideal for a proactive safety professional with strong knowledge of OSHA standards and a passion for creating safe, compliant, and productive work environments.

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with project managers, safety directors, and site leaders to implement safety policies, conduct incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce site-specific safety policies and procedures.
• Plan and execute safety education and training programs.
• Conduct thorough investigations of safety incidents and near misses.
• Maintain a drug-free workplace and report potential insurance claims.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure safety is embedded across all operations.
• Communicate safety regulations clearly and take corrective action when necessary.
• Write detailed safety reports and present findings to internal teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
